PBR Policies

Below you will find a list of our policies.

Returns

Due to the fungible nature of ammunition, PBR does not take returns after a sale is made. Ammunition using a fired casing (our Value Line), due to its nature, will sometimes display small cosmetic imperfections in the brass casing such as discoloration, nicks, very small dents, and scratches. We do our best to cull casings with gross cosmetic imperfections like full case tarnish but none of those minor imperfections will affect the performance of the ammunition and therefore we do not take returns because of cosmetic issues. Remember, every round we sell has been gaged to ensure it will chamber and a little tarnish on the case, not to be confused with corrosion, will not affect the ammunition's functionality. If you are unsatisfied with the performance of our product we will work hard to make things right for you. Please contact us if you have any issues with our product.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong caliber we will gladly exchange any sealed ammunition for the correct caliber within 3 days of the purchase. We do not accept exchanges without the original PBR sales receipt and we do not pay for any costs associated with returning the ammunition to us. Any delta in the price between the products being exchanged shall be computed using the current sale price of the product being exchanged for, ignoring all sales or special offers and taking into account any tax or shipping liability. Since we have no control of our product after it leaves our facility, we do not take exchanges on ammunition not purchased directly from PBR.

Warranty

Since the condition of firearms and shooting practices are beyond our control, PBR does not offer any type of warranty, either express or implied. However, we do stand behind our product and if you experience issues with it, contact us so we can help resolve your issues.

Warnings

Please read and follow the warnings below to help insure your safety.

General Firearm Warning

Firearms can cause serious injury and/or death to the shooter and bystanders if used improperly. Use this ammunition only in modern smokeless firearms in good condition with caliber markings that exactly match this ammunition. Always check the bore and breech for any obstructions or excess lubricant before firing and immediately following an unusually light recoil or soft retort. If the firearm fails to discharge, keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction and carefully unload the weapon while minimizing breech exposure. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, handling ammunition, and/or cleaning firearms may result in the exposure to lead and other substances that are known to cause birth defects and other harmful effects. Wash hands after handling. Use eye and ear protection. Do not shoot at hard surfaces or water. Keep out of reach of children. Since firearm quality, maintenance, shooting conditions, and reloading practices are beyond our control, we disclaim all liability for damage, injury, or death.

357 Sig Warning

Due to the small bearing surface of the neck, the 357 Sig cartridge is more susceptible to bullet setback than other common straight wall cartridges. PBR has chosen a specific bullet design and uses a compressed powder charge to help alleviate setback issues but they may still occur under extreme circumstances so the user should exercise precaution. If a round is chambered multiple times, check to ensure the bullet has not setback, i.e. it is no longer being held by the bearing surface of the neck and is pressed into the case body. If setback occurs on a round do NOT fire it because an overpressure situation may occur. Dispose of the round according to all applicable laws and adjust your practices to avoid creating the conditions for setback.
